Mac users how do you convert 3gp

I'm not a mac user but was asked by a friend if I knew of a free way to convert vr stream 3gp recordings to mp3 to be able to play them in the computer. According to the humanware website the companion is a Windows only program so that won't work.

The current decoder for AMRWB+ is a windows-only program, and is not open source as is the simple AMRWB decoder. Therefore, there is no way to do this on a mac. However, I wonder whether the wine windows command translator could be used to convert them. I should study this. If I find a way, should I private message you to let you know?
